What Happens After You Submit Your Assignment

Once your repossession assignment is sent in, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we received it. That acknowledgement will also include your dispatcher’s name, email address, and phone number.

It is important to save that information and use your dispatcher as the main contact for the case.

Your Dispatcher

One of our dispatchers will contact you and introduce themselves. That dispatcher will be your direct point of contact for the repossession assignment.

They will provide their direct phone number and email address, and we may also ask questions about where you believe the debtor and collateral are located.

Cancellation of Repossession Assignments

We do not accept repossession assignment cancellations by voicemail, fax, or email. Cancellations must be made by calling your dispatcher directly at the phone number you were provided.

You will be given a cancellation number as your receipt confirming that the repossession assignment was cancelled. A $200 closeout fee applies to any repossession that is cancelled before the collateral is recovered.
